A family arriving from London with school-age children and no local knowledge

The family needed to be near an international school with a morning walk rather than a taxi ride, close enough to the business district for one parent's commute, and in a building where neighbouring families were common. They had two weeks before the start of term.

Our Approach

Full search, virtual viewings, and move-in coordination before arrival

We began the search remotely, presenting three options with video walkthroughs and school proximity maps. The family selected a flat in Bukit Timah. By arrival day, utilities were active, the internet was set up, and the school route had been walked and timed by our team.

Outcome

Settled on day one, school term started on day three

The children began school two days after landing. The parents described the move-in as markedly less chaotic than previous relocations. They subsequently added our Signature Management service for the duration of their posting.
